Non-Cultured Melanocyte Transplant, also called NCMT, is a procedure-based option that may be evaluated for selected patients with stable vitiligo. It is generally considered only after careful review of disease stability, lesion behavior, and prior treatment history.

This treatment is not suitable for every case. The decision depends on whether the patches are stable and whether a procedure-based plan is appropriate for the patient's condition and goals.
